Are you looking to improve your flexibility? Then this immersive experience is for you! In this workshop we will explore various mechanisms of flexibility. We will isolate and strengthen the muscles in our hips and back following a strong warm-up. Next come our front and middle splits, as well as backbends incorporating a range of active stretching and mobility exercises. The class will end with a focus on inverting and core stability. This session lasts six weeks.
There are no prerequisites to attend this class. This class will take place on the floor.

Tanner and Liz are excited to bring back the basics as we transition into Spring! This six week series will focus on rooting your practice in the foundational seeds of acroyoga to grow your practice to new heights. With the use of repetition, breath work, intuitive games and body awareness you will quickly gain the skills necessary to develop your practice.
Classes are designed for all levels, with progressions offered per student based on experience level. In this series you will build strength, develop proper form, gain confidence and learn communication skills necessary to succeed. We look forward to growing with you!
No partner required, nor any prior experience with Acro. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in. We request that you are barefoot for this class, although grippy yoga socks are permissible.

Hoop Technique Fundamentals Session

This beginner course aims to leave participants with the tools they need to build a foundation of hoop technique. This class is perfect if you think you "can't hoop," if you are a beginner who needs direction, or if you are an experienced hooper who wants to reconnect with the basics and build control. Students will leave with a repertoire of drills to practice at home.
Concepts to be covered include: finessing waist hooping, passing, hand hooping and transitions, weaves, isolation variations, contact rolls, tosses, chest hooping, breaks, escalators, and on/off-body transitions.
No prerequisites. Extra hoops will be available for practice.
