From mid January, 2019 we will collaborate with the residents of Lombok to rebuild infrastructure and community strength through providing social circus programming that will meet the community’s occupational needs. Previously, in 2016, CircusAid facilitated circus camps for refugees in Lesvos, Greece and Calais, France. In 2017 we taught circus to over 1000 refugees surrounding Athens. In 2018 we provided over 1800 circus experiences to Syrian, Afghani, Iraqi and Kurdish refugees within camps around Athens.
