Classes: When the class roster is full, other students are unable to register. This ensures a space for those who do register. Clients must cancel or reschedule their booking 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be unable to cancel the booking. Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before class will either have their class pass returned or be refunded via studio credit.
Private lessons and space rentals: Private lessons and space rentals must be paid within 24 hours of the original booking, otherwise the lesson/rental will be cancelled. Clients must cancel or reschedule their booking 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will be unable to cancel the booking. To do this, contact the instructor you are scheduled to work with.
We do not offer refunds for purchases, however you may exchange your purchase for studio credit. To book a private lesson, please email the studio or contact your instructor.
